Chris Winterholler DDS DICOI LVIF was granted early admission to highest ranking dental school in the country in 1991 , Creighton University School of Dentistry. He received his professional degree in 1995 earning the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery with additional certifications in complex reconstructive dentistry, complex exodontia and oral surgery, dental implantology, and IV Sedation.
Since then, he has worked as a managing dentist at one of the largest Dental Service Organizations in the US, has started 3 successful “Scratch” start dental offices on his own, and has become one of the counties most sought after lecturers in CAD CAM and Implant Dentistry. In 2012 Dr. Chris was awarded the title of “Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry” FAGD, an award fewer than 5% of dentists ever obtain. Then in 2013, he was granted “Diplomate” status in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. one of only a half dozen in the state of Arizona. He completed an intensive Fellowship with the Las Vegas Institute in Cosmetic and neuromuscular dentistry in 2008.
In his 30 year career he has surgically placed and restored more than 16,000 dental implants including over 2500 full dental arches restored over implants. He is a sought after dental legal defense witness / reviewer for cases involving dental implants and complex restorative dentistry

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Chris is an avid water and snow skier, master mechanic, sous chef, and instrument rated private pilot. Mechanically and dentally creative, his present organization Winterholler Implant and Restorative Dentistry is the most advanced and comprehensive implant and CAD CAM Restorative dental office in combination with a full service state of the art digital dental laboratory in Arizona.
He is also the dental implant surgeon for Premier Choice Dental Implant Center in Bozeman, Montana which is a dental practice focused exclusively on full arch implant dentistry and serves patients from all of Montana with implant dentistry services.. Dr. Chris is proficient in dozens of implant systems, including the surgical use of Zygomatic Implants for patients that present with little or no bone.
Chris is one of the most experienced all on four full arch implant dental restoration practitioners in the United States and was an early adopter of the methods and materials of the Malo Clinic in Lisbon, Portugal where the all on four was originated in the mid 1990’s.
Dr Chris holds licenses to Practice Dentistry in Arizona and Montana.
